Something here isn’t
really working.
But is that really the problem?

What looks like the problem is rarely the whole story.

Organizations don’t get stuck because people aren’t trying hard enough. They get stuck because the real bottleneck is often beneath the surface - between people, processes, decisions and systems. That’s where I come in.

WHAT I NOTICE

Clarity doesn’t come from more information.
It begins with better questions.

Sometimes it looks like several different problems.

Different information across teams.

A process that breaks along the way.

A system that changed — while the work didn’t.

When these patterns repeat, the problem rarely sits in just one place.

Seeing the whole picture is how you find where the gap really begins.

WHAT I BRING

Not another analysis. Not another deck.
Clarity that moves things forward.

Organizational perspectives connecting into one shared picture
01

I see beyond the symptom.

I look across people, processes, decisions and systems to understand what’s really creating the problem - and uncover the connections behind it.

  • Alignment across teams
  • A shared language
  • Clarity and trust
Direction signs representing organizational focus and priorities
02

I speak both languages.

I connect the business need with the systems meant to support it - turning the gap between them into a shared direction.

  • Focus on what matters
  • Priorities and impact
  • A realistic action plan
A moment of progress representing the move from clarity to action
03

Insight only matters if something changes.

I turn insight into priorities, decisions and a practical path forward - one the organization can actually execute.

  • Implementation guidance
  • Removing obstacles
  • Results felt day to day

I don’t come in to add another layer.
I come in to make the existing picture clearer,
so the organization can move.

Working across languages,
teams and organizations

Something in the organization isn’t working the way it should - but it’s not yet clear why?

That’s usually a very good place to start a conversation.

Let’s Talk

HOW I WORK

Clarity before action.
Direction before execution.

The process is structured. But never rigid.

Every engagement starts by understanding what is really happening - before deciding what needs to change. We observe, understand, prioritize and move forward based on what the organization actually needs.

A continuous methodology journey from observation through understanding to transformation
01

OBSERVE

See what’s really happening.

I listen to what people say - and what sits between the lines. Different perspectives, friction and missing pieces become signals.

  • Stakeholder conversations
  • Process and systems mapping
  • Identifying perspectives
Output:Current-state map

A complete, shared picture of what is happening.

02

UNDERSTAND

Connect the dots.

We connect the signals into the bigger organizational picture - identifying patterns, dependencies and root causes.

  • Patterns and connections
  • Analyzing and validating findings
  • Prioritizing and defining direction
Output:Insight map

What matters, why it matters, and where to begin.

03

TRANSFORMATION

Turn clarity into movement.

We define what needs to change, what comes first and how to move forward - then adapt as reality changes.

  • Designing the future state
  • Building moves and milestones
  • Guiding, measuring and adapting
Output:Future-state map

A practical implementation plan tailored to your organization.

Observe. Understand. Navigate. Adapt.
Not four isolated steps.

One continuous way of moving from complexity to clarity.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Two ways to work together.
One goal: an organization that moves forward.

Diagnose & Transform

From understanding to results.

THE PERSON BEHIND CHAMELEON

I’m Tal,and I’ve worked on both sides of the table.

Business and systems. From need to implementation oversight.

Tal Parnasa, founder of Chameleon
Tal Parnasa

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked at the point where organizations often get stuck - between the business need, the people who understand it, and the systems meant to support it.

I started on the technology side, went on to lead projects and teams, and today I lead the strategic direction of Salesforce across an organization - working with Sales, Customer Success, management and technical teams.

The problem rarely starts with the system itself.
It starts when the need, the process and the solution stop connecting.

So when I step into an organization, I don’t look only at what isn’t working. I ask the questions that uncover what sits beneath the symptoms, connect people, processes, decisions and systems, and turn that understanding into a direction people can actually work with.

I love stepping into places that feel complex, scattered or stuck, and finding the thread that connects it all.
